Communication Designer - Framer

As a Marketing Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in bringing creativity and craft to our content and campaign experiences. You will collaborate closely with the content marketing team to design and deliver digital assets that are aimed at driving growth and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build marketing pages in Framer for various purposes such as blogs, campaigns, and product stories. - Collaborate with content marketers to transform narratives into appealing layouts and visuals. - Write and edit microcopy to enhance clarity, flow, and engagement on marketing pages. - Create high-conversion performance marketing assets including landing pages and campaign microsites. - Conduct experiments and iterate based on data and feedback to enhance design for both performance and storytelling impact. Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in marketing, brand, or digital design. - Proficiency in Framer, or a strong willingness to quickly acquire proficiency. - Strong eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy. - Portfolio showcasing marketing design work, including landing pages, campaign creatives, or editorial experiences. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners such as writers, growth marketers, and performance teams. - Bonus: Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, or performance marketing design.
