Role Overview: As a Change Management Graphic Designer - Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will be a part of the Creative Communications Center of Excellence, delivering specialized Change Communications and Media solutions to global clients. With a team of skilled communication practitioners across different regions, you will play a vital role in designing and developing creative communication campaigns. Your responsibilities will include estimating effort required for media development tasks, creating high-end design and animations, developing new brands and logos, and interacting with stakeholders to visualize marketing collaterals. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently on design, visualization, and development for creative communications campaign projects of varying complexity levels. - Estimate effort required for media development tasks for collaterals like posters, banners, infographics, multimedia videos, presentations, etc. - Communicate visual design strategy with reviewers and stakeholders. - Translate business requirements into appropriate communications solutions with high creativity. - Create cutting-edge design and animations using Adobe Suite for internal communication projects. - Develop graphics and media across web, print, and digital platforms for various creative communications projects. - Interact with content writers and stakeholders for visualization of marketing collaterals. - Create project plans for internal communication projects and track progress of media development activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma in Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation, Graphic Design, or other Commercial Art Degree. - 4-8 years of work experience in media houses, production studios, advertising, or marketing communications industry. - Expertise in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere, and other graphic design and animation software. - Knowledge of visual design principles, color theory, audio, and video editing. - Up-to-date with the latest graphic trends, techniques, and technologies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
