As a Commis, your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in food preparation, cooking dishes according to established recipes, and ensuring the highest level of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen. You will work closely with senior kitchen staff to support the efficient operation of the kitchen and maintain quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Food Preparation and basic Culinary Skills Knowledge and application of Hygiene practices Effective Communication skills to follow instructions and coordinate with the team Strong Cooking skills with attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory Culinary education or relevant certifications is a plus
