Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Leasing Manager to handle client requirements for commercial properties available for rent or lease. The role involves understanding business needs, identifying suitable properties, coordinating site visits, maintaining client relationships, and working towards successful lease closures.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of businesses and brands looking for commercial spaces.
• Collect details such as budget, location, property size, and business requirements.
• Identify suitable commercial properties available in the company database.
• Coordinate with the internal team to shortlist properties based on client needs.
• Share relevant property details and arrange site visits.
• Coordinate with clients and property owners throughout the leasing process.
• Assist clients during site visits, discussions, and lease negotiations.
• Follow up with interested clients and address their queries.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and keep track of deal progress.
• Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth process from the initial enquiry to the final lease agreement.
• Build long-term relationships with businesses, brands, and property owners.
• Work towards achieving individual targets and successfully closing leasing deals.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Any degree is acceptable.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property sales, or business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and suggest suitable commercial properties.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel for property site visits and client meetings.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• A valid driving licence is required for work-related travel.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work towards targets.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and interview performance.
