Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers, understand their needs and preferences, and match them with suitable vehicles. Vehicle Demonstration: Provide test drives, explain vehicle features and benefits, and address customer questions. Sales Process: Assist customers with financing, paperwork, and the purchase of vehicles. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals, and contribute to the dealership's overall sales performance. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, and follow up after the sale to ensure satisfaction. Inventory Management: Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and competitor offerings. Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques. Collaboration: Work with other dealership staff, including sales managers and service personnel. Skills and Qualities: Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and building relationships. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with customers to reach a mutually agreeable price and terms. Salesmanship: Strong sales skills to persuade customers to purchase vehicles.
