Job Role

We are looking for a Commercial Area Manager to manage commercial property activities across assigned areas in Bengaluru. The role involves meeting clients, connecting with property owners and brands, finding suitable properties, coordinating site visits, and working with the team to close deals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property requirements in assigned areas.
• Connect with property owners, business brands, buyers, and real estate builders.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Visit locations to identify commercial properties available for rent or sale.
• Coordinate property visits and follow up with clients and owners.
• Build good relationships with clients and property owners.
• Work closely with the team to achieve business targets.
• Maintain property details, client information, and follow-up records.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Any degree is required.
• Experience in real estate, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Kannada-speaking ability is an advantage.
• A two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Should be comfortable with fieldwork, client meetings, and target-based work.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹25,000 – ₹60,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
