We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresher to join our team on assignment. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity , offers hands-on experience in finance operations. This role is designed to provide recent graduates/postgraduates with hands-on experience in core financial processes and systems, exposing them to both domestic and international finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Assist in data entry and bookkeeping tasks (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) Support in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and month-end closures Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Help in invoice processing and payment tracking Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance Assist in tax calculations (TDS, GST) and returns filing support Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements Program Highlights 12-months role with clear milestones Quarterly project assignments to track and measure performance Dedicated mentorship and training on tools, processes, and finance systems Development of both technical competencies and soft skills (communication, teamwork, problem-solving) What We’re Looking For B.Com or M.Com graduates with strong academic credentials Interest in pursuing a career in Finance and Accounting Good analytical and communication skills Eagerness to learn and contribute to real-world projects
