Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our reach in Western UP and Uttarakhand . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing retail channels, building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales targets, and actively promoting our product range. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new retail outlets, car detailing studios, and automotive accessory shops. Promote and sell products such as PPF , Ceramic Coating , and Car Care Products . Regularly visit retail partners to generate orders and provide product training when required. Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop territory-specific plans to expand market presence. Maintain strong follow-up and ensure timely collections and dispatches. Track competitor activity and report market feedback to the management. Participate in marketing campaigns, product demos, and regional promotions. Requirements: Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (preferably in the automotive or FMCG sector). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel extensively across Western UP and Uttarakhand . Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required. Basic understanding of car detailing and paint protection products is a plus. Graduate in any stream; candidates with marketing or business degrees will be preferred.
