The Printing Manager will oversee print production processes, manage print designs, and coordinate with the production team to ensure quality and efficiency. The role involves developing schedules, supervising production workflows, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure client requirements are met. The manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Qualifications Expertise in Print Production and Printing processes Experience in Production Management, including workflow coordination and quality control Knowledge of Print Design and the ability to assess design requirements Strong understanding of Sales processes and client interaction in a relevant industry Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Print Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role in the printing industry is an advantage
