Our mission is to simplify and demystify the entire counseling and admission journey—from JoSAA and MCC to state-level counseling processes—with accurate, timely, and student-first information. ________________________________________ 🎥 Role Overview: We are hiring a Content Creator and Community Manager who deeply understands the NEET/IIT JEE counseling ecosystem and can create engaging, accurate YouTube content while also building and managing student communities on Telegram and WhatsApp. Your job is not just to inform, but to engage, guide, and support students through one of the most critical phases of their academic life. ________________________________________ 📌 Key Responsibilities: 🎬 YouTube Content Creation: • Research and produce video scripts/content focused on: o NEET/IIT JEE counseling (JoSAA, MCC, CSAB, State-level counseling) o Choice filling, seat matrix, cutoff analysis, mock allotment strategies o College comparison, rank predictors, category-wise seat trends o FAQs, updates, and error correction help during counseling rounds • Appear on video or provide voice-overs for educational content • Suggest titles, descriptions, and thumbnails optimized for YouTube SEO 💬 Community Building & Engagement: • Set up, grow, and manage Telegram and WhatsApp groups • Actively answer student questions, share updates, and drive engagement • Run polls, Q&As, live chats, and feedback sessions • Share timely content, videos, notifications, and resources within the groups • Monitor group health, remove spam, and keep discussions constructive ________________________________________ ✅ Requirements: • Strong knowledge of NEET and/or IIT JEE counseling procedures (JoSAA, MCC, etc.) • Experience as a student, mentor, educator, or counselor in this space • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English • Confident on camera or voice-over for YouTube videos • Ability to simplify complex processes with clarity and empathy • Active user of Telegram and WhatsApp; familiar with community tools • (Bonus) Video editing skills or experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar • (Bonus) Familiarity with YouTube content planning and channel analytics ________________________________________ 📍 Location: Remote (India-based preferred) Show more Show less
