Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage collections process from start to finish, ensuring timely recovery of two-wheeler loan accounts.
Identify delinquent customers and initiate collection activities through phone calls, emails, or visits.
Negotiate payment plans with customers to resolve outstanding issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in collections, finance, NBFC, sales, or related fields.
Strong understanding of two-wheeler loan products and their recovery processes.
Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
