Job

The Collection Executive is responsible for collecting overdue EMI payments from customers, following up on pending dues, maintaining customer relationships, and helping the branch achieve its collection targets while following company policies.

Key

Contact customers regarding overdue EMIs and pending loan payments.
Conduct field visits to customers' residences or business locations for payment follow-ups.
Collect overdue payments for the loan products assigned by the company.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and available repayment options to customers.
Follow up on promised payments and bounced EMI cases.
Maintain accurate customer records, receipts, visit reports, and collection MIS.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager and Collection Manager regarding overdue and difficult accounts.
Follow company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and ethical recovery practices.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and handle payment-related queries.
