Collection Executive - Bad Debt Collections

Role & responsibilities

• Manage field collection and recovery of overdue and bad debt accounts.
• Follow up with customers for pending EMI and loan repayments.
• Conduct customer visits and negotiate repayment plans.
• Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain collection records and recovery reports.
• Coordinate with branch and internal teams for effective debt management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-5 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, BFSI, or Field Operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field work and local travel.
• Ability to achieve recovery targets and handle customer interactions professionally.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
