The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Co-founder to lead our growth. If you're a sales and marketing superstar with a strong background in the online marketing world, and you get excited about the potential of working with social media creators, this could be the perfect role for you. You'll be key in getting both creators and brands to join our platform and help us build a thriving community. You'll also play a big part in telling our story to investors and helping us secure the funds we need to grow. As our Head of Growth & Co-founder, you'll be responsible for bringing in new users, especially through exciting partnerships with creators, and helping us raise the money to make Collabtree a huge success. Meet Your Co-founder: You'll partner with our technical Co-founder: an experienced, entrepreneurial tech leader who built his first gaming startup to lakhs of users and crores of revenue within 2 years, resulting in an acquisition. This is his second consumer venture in the AI x Creator Economy. He's a long-term player with a vision to build a comprehensive ecosystem for Collabtree, powered by AI tools and beyond. We're seeking a like-minded partner for this journey. What You'll Do: Bring in Creators & Brands : Develop smart and creative ways to get social media creators and businesses to join and use the Collabtree platform. This will include online marketing, partnerships, and good old-fashioned outreach. Run Awesome Creator Campaigns: You'll be the go-to person for figuring out, how to work with creators for brand campaigns/partnerships. This means defining strategies/SOPs for collabs, bringing all stakeholders to one page and executing it smoothly. Talk to Investors: Help us tell our story to people who might want to invest in Collabtree. This includes creating presentations and building relationships. Grow Our User Base: Figure out the best ways to attract lots of users to our marketplace and keep them engaged. Understand the Market: Stay on top of what's happening in the world of social media, marketing to make sure our strategies are smart. Help Shape Collabtree: Work with the rest of the team to keep re-iterate on our vision of creator economy ecosystem and make sure everyone is working towards the same goals. What You Need: Experience in Online Marketing: You've worked in the online marketing technology space for at least 10 years, been part of viral campaigns & connected to prominent marketing players in India/SEA. Sales & Marketing Skills: You're a natural at sales and marketing and have a track record of getting results. You know how to reach people and get them excited about a product. Understanding of Social Media: You know how social media works and are interested in the world of online creators (influencers, content creators, etc.). Startup Mindset: You're comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where things can change quickly, and you're not afraid to wear multiple hats. Good Communication Skills: You can clearly explain ideas to different people, whether they are creators, business owners, or investors. Driven & Goal-Oriented: You're motivated to help Collabtree succeed and are focused on achieving our growth goals. Bonus Points: If you have existing relationships with social media creators or have experience running campaigns with them, that's a big plus! Experience raising money for a startup is also a plus.
