Cold Email Lead Generation Executive – B2B Prospecting & Email Deliverability

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cold Email Lead Generation Executive who can build accurate B2B prospect lists, identify decision-makers, and execute targeted cold email campaigns that generate qualified business opportunities.

This role combines lead research, email data enrichment, list verification, campaign management, and email deliverability. The goal is to reach relevant prospects, generate positive replies, and deliver qualified leads to the sales team—not simply send large volumes of emails.

• Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, location, business type, company size, and other criteria.
• Identify key decision-makers, including founders, owners, directors, CEOs, and marketing heads.
• Find and enrich business email addresses using prospecting tools, databases, and AI-powered solutions.

2. Email Finding, Verification & List Management

• Verify email addresses before launching campaigns to reduce bounce rates.
• Clean, deduplicate, segment, and maintain prospect databases.
• Enrich incomplete records with relevant company and contact information.
• Keep prospect lists organized and updated for accurate targeting.

3. Cold Email Campaign Setup & Management

• Set up and manage sending domains, email inboxes, and campaign infrastructure.
• Configure and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication.
• Manage inbox warm-up and follow good deliverability practices to protect sender reputation.
• Create and run targeted cold email campaigns with personalized messaging and automated follow-ups.
• Use AI tools to support prospect research, personalization, and campaign workflows where appropriate.

4. Email Deliverability & Performance Optimization

• Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, inbox placement, and reply rates.
• Identify and resolve deliverability issues promptly.
• Test subject lines, email copy, calls to action, audience segments, and targeting.
• Continuously improve campaign performance based on data and results.

5. Lead Qualification & Reporting

• Monitor responses and identify positive replies and potential business opportunities.
• Qualify interested prospects and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
• Maintain campaign records and report on verified prospects, deliverability, positive replies, and qualified leads.
• Maintain unsubscribe and suppression lists and follow applicable email marketing and privacy requirements.

Experience

Experience in cold email outreach, B2B lead generation, email prospecting, campaign management, or email deliverability is preferred. Candidates should understand prospect research, email verification, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Practical experience with cold email tools and domain authentication is an advantage.
