Role Overview As a Business Development Associate in our Corporate Training division, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting new business opportunities with corporate clients. Your goal is to drive revenue through B2B training partnerships, resource deployment opportunities, and long-term corporate collaborations. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads for corporate training and workforce development programs Pitch Cokonet's offerings to HR heads, L\&D teams, and decision-makers in organizations Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand training needs Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, training decks, and pricing quotes Maintain a strong follow-up mechanism to convert leads into active partnerships Manage and update CRM tools to track communication, pipeline status, and closures Participate in industry events, job fairs, and corporate expos to expand the network Coordinate with training and delivery teams for seamless post-sales onboarding Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience (preferably in EdTech or HR solutions) Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc. Self-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Traits Passion for corporate upskilling and the EdTech space Prior exposure to working with HR or L\&D departments Ability to understand client pain points and propose tailored solutions Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to travel when needed What We Offer Competitive compensation + performance-based incentives Opportunity to work directly with top MNCs and decision-makers A fast-growing team with an open, learning-focused culture Access to internal upskilling programs on emerging technologies Work Location Work from office in Trivandrum, Kerala.
