As we expand our presence into new markets, we’re looking for driven sales professionals to represent our brand on the ground and build strong retail and distribution networks. Role Overview: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving secondary sales, expanding dealer/distributor networks, achieving sales targets, and building brand visibility at the retail level in assigned territories. The role demands on-ground hustle, strong relationship skills, and a clear understanding of channel sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify, onboard, and manage retailers, dealers, and distributors in assigned areas. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective secondary sales efforts. Conduct regular market visits to build relationships, monitor display, pricing, and competitor activities. Ensure visibility and availability of Corfom products in key retail outlets. Collect orders, coordinate with supply chain/logistics, and ensure timely deliveries. Provide feedback to the central team on market dynamics, product performance, and opportunities. Educate and train retail staff on product features and USPs. Handle local promotional activities, product launches, and customer interactions. Maintain proper records of daily visits, collections, and dealer feedback. Key Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG/consumer durable field sales, preferably mattresses, furniture, or home products. Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a competitive sales environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, CRM tools). Graduate preferred; 12th pass candidates with solid sales experience can also apply. Show more Show less
