We are looking for Telecallers / Call Center Executives to join our team at CIIS India (Malad, Mumbai) . This is a full-time office-based job in the education industry. Job Responsibilities : Make outgoing calls to students and parents from our database Explain details about our courses and services Answer questions clearly and guide students properly Convince interested students to take admission or attend counselling Follow up with leads regularly and update the CRM system Meet daily and weekly call targets Maintain a professional and polite tone during all calls Desired Candidate Profile 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Call Center / Telecalling roles Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (spoken & written) Confident and polite on phone Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer handling Able to work independently and meet calling targets Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit Freshers with good communication are welcome to apply
