In this role, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, engaging in pre-sales and bid support, and driving digital transformation initiatives that align technology with business outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and business acumen. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Solution Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions spanning ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, CSM, and custom applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with client strategy. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting: Collaborate with business development teams to develop proposals, demonstrations, and solution blueprints that address client needs and differentiate our ServiceNow offering. Client Engagement: Partner with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable ServiceNow roadmaps and platform strategies. Governance & Standards: Define and enforce ServiceNow architectural principles, governance models, and design patterns across engagements. Integration Leadership: Oversee enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and external systems (ERP, CRM, HR, and security tools). Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of ServiceNow's platform evolution, promoting innovation through AI, automation, and digital workflow expansion. Delivery Oversight: Guide multi-disciplinary teams through full project lifecyclesrequirements, design, build, test, and deployensuring quality, scalability, and client satisfaction. Technical Assurance: Conduct design reviews, quality assessments, and performance optimization activities for in-flight projects. Mentorship & Enablement: Provide leadership and mentoring to solution consultants, developers, and technical architects, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Practice Development: Contribute to building internal frameworks, accelerators, and reusable components to enhance delivery efficiency and consistency. Essential Experience Extensive ServiceNow Expertise: 7+ years of experience across ServiceNow architecture, design, and delivery; proven ability to lead enterprise-scale implementations. Pre-Sales & Consulting Experience: Demonstrated success in pre-sales engagements, bid response, RFP solutioning, and client presentations. Multi-Module Proficiency: Hands-on experience with several ServiceNow modules such as ITSM Pro, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, SPM, and CSM. Enterprise Architecture Knowledge: Strong understanding of system integration, data modeling, workflow automation, and cloud architecture principles. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technology solutions with business objectives, value realization, and measurable ROI. Technical Leadership: Proven ability to oversee large technical teams, manage multiple workstreams, and ensure architectural consistency across projects. Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules, Certified System Administrator (CSA), and ITIL 4 Foundation preferred. Communication Excellence: Strong presentation and client engagement skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.
