These services are voice (inbound and outbound sales, customer services, technical support, lead generation, appointment setting and Helpdesk) and non-voice (email & chat support, social media support, accounting, database management, data entry, transcription and claims procurement) delivered. Our main USP is that that our call centre is technology-enabled. The technology deployed helps agents follow complicated or easy conversational processes, whether they are verifying a customer’s identity, processing an order, providing feedback to a customer or collecting details from the customer. With few clicks of the mouse, agents play pre-recorded voice files in an accent and/or language requested by the client, securely collect data, 100% compliant, and much more. No matter what task, especially those that are repetitive and require compliance, the agents will execute these more quickly and securely.
