We are looking for motivated Engineering graduates and final-year students who are passionate about Software Development and Artificial Intelligence. This opportunity at COE Security LLC is designed to help you build strong foundations in modern software engineering, AI development, and real-world solution building. This opportunity is structured as follows: Complementary Training Period (First 12 Months) This is an unpaid training phase where you will receive hands-on exposure to: Software development practices Artificial intelligence and machine learning fundamentals Model development and deployment Modern programming tools and frameworks We expect consistent participation to ensure strong learning outcomes. If required, an additional 6-month extension may be provided for students who need more time to build core skills. Minimum Skills Required for Training Software Development Skills Strong understanding of programming fundamentals (OOP, algorithms, data structures) Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python / Java / C++ / JavaScript) Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL) Familiarity with Git and version control workflows Knowledge of REST APIs and basic system design concepts Artificial Intelligence (AI) Skills Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning) Familiarity with Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn Understanding of neural networks and deep learning fundamentals Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch (beginner level acceptable) Ability to analyze datasets, perform preprocessing, and build simple ML models Internship Period (Next 6 Months) After successfully completing the training period: You will transition into a paid internship Work on AI-driven applications, backend systems, automation tools, and product development Build real-world software components and deploy machine learning models Participate in code reviews, development sprints, and project delivery Gain exposure to DevOps, testing, and cloud environments Based on your performance, you may be encouraged to apply for a full-time role at COE Security.
