Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated entry-level Business Development Associate to support sales and lead-generation efforts for our IT services, software development solutions, and SaaS product offerings. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and bidding on freelancing platforms to help build and expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling (Training Provided) Make introductory calls to potential leads regarding IT services & software solutions. Explain company offerings in simple, value-focused language. Gather initial requirements and escalate qualified leads to senior team members. Email Outreach & Follow-Up Prepare and send professional outreach emails. Maintain follow-up communication until the prospect responds or declines. Track email performance and update CRM records. Social Selling (Especially LinkedIn) Connect with prospects in IT, tech, and SaaS sectors. Engage professionally through messages and light networking. Share relevant content to build awareness and trust. Solution-Oriented Communication Understand the basics of our services such as: Web & mobile app development Software outsourcing teams SaaS product offerings IT consulting Communicates customer needs to internal technical teams. Bidding on Upwork & Similar Platforms Search for matching IT & software development projects. Submit well-structured proposals (templates & guidance provided). Maintain activity metrics to increase proposal visibility and success. Required Skills (Entry Level): Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written). Interest in technology, IT services, and software solutions. Basic understanding of IT or willingness to learn. Ability to research prospect companies and identify decision-makers. Positive attitude and eagerness to develop sales skills. Preferred (Not Mandatory): Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, or similar platforms. Basic understanding of SaaS and software development concepts. Experience (academic or internship) in business development or marketing.
