Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Specialists / Managers to drive our engagement with colleges. This role involves managing inbound leads, onboarding new colleges, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in business development within the education sector, particularly with colleges. Handle inbound leads, conduct initial conversations, and assess their interest in our offerings. Schedule and coordinate meetings and present CodeChef's course offerings. Setting video meetings, calls or Onsite in person meetings with prospects. Note: Travel for college visits is required. Follow up with potential clients to ensure smooth onboarding. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the education sector. Prior experience working with colleges is a significant advantage. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Key details Base location: Pune or Mumbai. Fixed Compensation - 6 - 10 LPA based on candidate profile. Variable compensation based on BD team policies.
