Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a sales team, identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, collaborating with other departments, and representing the company at industry events and conferences. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proven track record in sales, with experience in strategic planning and execution Ability to analyze market trends and develop profitable marketing strategies Experience managing and motivating a sales team Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in the IT industry is a plus
