About the Role We’re hiring a Social Media, Community & Events Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about digital storytelling. You’ll be at the center of our public voice—crafting social narratives, creating engaging experiences, and cultivating genuine relationships with our users and advocates. Key Responsibilities Social Media Marketing Own and operate our brand presence across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and more Plan and publish platform-native content that highlights our product, people, and customers Turn launches, use cases, and insights into scroll-stopping moments Engage in real-time conversations, trends, and ecosystem chatter Experiment with formats (short videos, carousels, polls, memes) to grow reach and relevance Use automation tools to streamline content scheduling, approvals, and cross-posting Implement auto-responses, keyword monitoring, and social listening workflows to stay responsive at scale Community Building Cultivate a thriving network of users, creators, and advocates Nurture relationships through active engagement (comments, DMs, shoutouts) Launch community-driven campaigns, spotlights, and content contributions Track sentiment, gather feedback, and surface community insights to the broader team Events & Activations Plan and run high-impact virtual events: webinars, product sessions, office hours, community showcases Manage logistics, registration, moderation, and follow-up Collaborate with internal teams and external speakers Repurpose event content into social clips, blog content, and highlight reels Explore opportunities for strategic community partnerships You’ll Thrive If You Have 3–5 years in social media, community, or events marketing roles (ideally in SaaS or startup environments) Outstanding writing and creative production skills—you can craft a thread, caption, or video script on the fly A natural community builder who listens, responds, and connects dots Familiarity with content tools (Canva, Figma) An instinct for digital culture—you get how the internet talks Bonus Points For Experience with developer or no-code communities Background in short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) Experience launching ambassador, referral, or UGC programs Why Join Codeless ONE? You know how to work cold signals, warm intent, and everything in between. You’ve mastered tools like Apollo, Clay, and Lavender, and you understand how to tailor messaging based on persona, trigger events, and funnel stage. You balance hustle with intelligence and treat messaging as a craft, not just a task. What You'll Do Own the digital outbound pipeline: LinkedIn, email, video, voice notes—whatever channel works. Use firmographic, technographic, and intent data (e.g., Bombora, Clearbit, 6sense) to prioritize and personalize outreach. Test and refine outbound plays across ICP personas: Product Ops, RevOps, Citizen Developers, Innovation Leads. Drive top-of-funnel velocity by generating qualified meetings that convert. Collaborate with marketing on campaign hooks, content-led plays, and multichannel sequences. Maintain clean, actionable pipeline data in HubSpot. Actively feedback insights from conversations to inform product, messaging, and GTM loops.
