Roles & Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in the e-commerce sector through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. Sales Strategy: Develop tailored proposals and pitch CodeDecorator’s services (web development, design, SEO) to meet client needs. Market Research: Analyse industry trends and competitor strategies to refine our sales approach. Relationship Management: Nurture client relationships post-sale to ensure repeat business and referrals. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth metrics. Collaboration: Work with design and development teams to align client expectations with deliverables. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in HubSpot/Salesforce. Negotiation: Close deals with favourable terms for both clients and the company. Required Skills & Experience 1+ years in content writing, preferably in tech/e-commerce. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Basic understanding of web development (Magento/Shopify) is a plus.
