Role & responsibilities Build and maintain custom and theme-based WordPress websites. Create pages and posts using visual builders like Elementor. Upload and manage images, videos, and PDFs with consistent styling. Work with designers, marketers, and content teams to launch new features. Improve website speed and performance using optimization techniques. Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and mobile responsive. Resolve website issues such as broken links, layout bugs, and plugin conflicts. Handle backups, security settings, and update plugins/themes regularly. Keep branding consistent across all pages. Set up and manage third-party tools like CRMs, email platforms, and Google Analytics. Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices. Proficient with OOP and basic programming principles Preferred candidate profile 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with WordPress websites. Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery. Experience with page builders like Elementor and Gutenberg. Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development. Basic SEO knowledge and familiarity with website speed optimization. High attention to detail with a focus on clean layout and design.
