Role Overview We're looking for an Admin & Account Executive (Full-Time) to join our team in Jamnagar. This role is a hybrid of administrative management and accounting support, requiring a detail-oriented professional who can oversee day-to-day office operations while ensuring compliance with financial processes such as GST, TDS, and banking. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally, know about GST/TDS filings, and possess strong administrative and organizational skills. Since the role involves handling certain outdoor tasks, candidates must own a vehicle and know how to drive. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative Management: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth functioning. Handle official communications (email, phone) professionally and promptly. Maintain organized filing systems—both physical and digital. Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding, attendance, and maintaining employee records. 2. Accounting & Finance: GST Compliance: Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B returns monthly/quarterly.
