The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering business requirements, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders, documenting business needs, performing data analysis, and supporting project implementations. The role involves frequent communication with team members and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands on experience. Possess in-depth knowledge of the commercial domain within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrate strong familiarity with sales strategies and rebate processing in pharma. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes. Translate technical information into business context, and vice versa. Clearly articulate technical complexities to stakeholders at all levels. Represent the technical team in interactions with key business partners. Act as SME/BA for Commercial & R&D teams in Pharma. Engage with integration efforts, technologies, and system interfaces. Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working independently. Partner effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
