Sales Executive (Cold Calling) Location: Remote (India) Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome) About the Role We’re hiring a motivated Sales Executive (Cold Calling) to help drive revenue for Code Gradient — a digital agency specializing in website development, Shopify/WordPress, digital marketing, and AI-powered solutions. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, introducing our services and booking meetings for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is confident on calls, eager to learn, and comfortable working remotely. Key Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients across India and international markets. • Introduce Code Gradient’s services (Web Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing, AI Tools). • Understand customer needs and book meetings with the senior team. • Maintain call logs, follow-up lists, and daily reporting sheets (templates will be provided). • Send WhatsApp/email follow-ups after calls. • Achieve weekly call and meeting targets. • Coordinate with the CEO to qualify leads and close deals.
