Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision Supervise day-to-day execution of Fire Fighting & MEP works at site as per approved drawings and standards. Ensure all installation activities (piping, equipment erection, supports, cabling, testing, etc.) are carried out with quality and safety compliance. Monitor contractor/site team, allocate daily tasks, and ensure productivity as per schedule. Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure safety guidelines are strictly followed. Measurement & Documentation Prepare running measurements of completed works on a daily/weekly basis for billing and certification. Maintain site records including manpower, work progress, material usage, and inspection reports. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports, measurement sheets, deviation notes, and work logs to Project Manager. Document and track material receiving, consumption, and balance at site. Coordination & Quality Assurance Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and client representatives for inspections, approvals, and work progress. Ensure the workmanship meets technical specifications, industry standards, and project requirements. Highlight delays, risks, material shortages, or design-related issues and propose corrective actions. Conduct internal quality checks before offering work for client/consultant inspection. Material & Resource Management Verify material receipts and ensure proper storage and handling of site materials. Plan material requirements in advance and raise indents to avoid work stoppage. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to timelines and quality.
