Company Description The Robot Foundry (TRF), formerly known as Coboticca, is a Venture Studio specializing in robotics startups. Located in Mumbai and Mysore, India, TRF focuses on R&D, innovation, and IP development in robotics and AI. Serving target markets in the US, Japan, and the EU, the company plans to create and spin-off three robotics startups per year, each equipped with a working prototype, IP, and pitch support. TRF aims to address the growing demand for robotics due to labor shortages in these regions. *Future Kraft is part of The Robot Foundry (TRF) portfolio - Cohort 1.* Future Kraft provides hands-on Robotics & AI education for kids, students, and professionals. Our mission is to build makers, not just consumers. About the role You'll run the first & flagship Mumbai centre end-to-end while leading delivery of Robotics & AI programs. A mix of teaching, people leadership, admissions, and operations. Location of the centre is most likely Andheri East or Powai so we will prefer candidates living within 15-20 minutes of the centre. What you'll do Own daily centre ops: scheduling batches, attendance, inventory, safety, vendor coordination. Teach 1012 hrs/week across beginneradvanced robotics/AI; lead capstones & demo days. Coach and quality-assure junior instructors/mentors; maintain high NPS and outcomes. Drive admissions: handle walk-ins/calls, partner with schools/colleges, run events. Manage P&L levers: utilization, batch fill rate, per-seat revenue, costs. Keep labs industry-relevant: update kits (Arduino/Raspberry Pi/Jetson), curriculum, SOPs. Must-haves 48 years in STEM/robotics education or makerspace ops; strong classroom presence. Hands-on with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, sensors, basic electronics, Python; projects/competitions. Team handling + customer-facing skills; comfort with CRM/spreadsheets and weekend batches. Languages: English + Hindi + Marathi Local familiarity: Comfort interacting with parents and school admins across South Mumbai, Western/Eastern suburbs, and Navi Mumbai.; Familiar with local school calendars and community events. Nice-to-haves ROS basics, computer vision/ML projects, 3D printing/CAD (Fusion 360), soldering. Prior centre/P&L responsibility or startup ops. Success in 90 days ?85% batch fill rate, NPS ?60 , zero safety incidents, first Mumbai school/college partnership signed.
