Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Mining, located in Pandabeswar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including mine planning, supervising mining engineering activities, and ensuring compliance with mine safety standards. The role also involves budgeting for operations, overseeing geological evaluations, and ensuring that mining activities align with organizational and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Mine Planning and Mining Engineering Strong understanding of Mine Safety protocols and practices Experience in Budgeting, including managing operational costs and resource allocation Knowledge and application of Geology related to mining operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and adherence to safety protocols Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related technical field Professional certification or licensure in the mining field is advantageous Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred
