What You’ll Do Lead, manage, and continuously enhance accreditation, compliance, and certification systems aligned with ISO/IEC 17021, 27006, 42006, and related standards. Oversee the full certification cycle from application review and audit coordination to certification decisions and issuance. Review and maintain key documentation, including manuals, procedures, SOPs, and compliance records at planned frequency. Act as the liaison and strategic point-of-contact with accreditation bodies, managing audits, scope changes, and alignment with updated accreditation requirements. Support auditors and internal teams, promoting competence, impartiality, and operational excellence. Support the accreditation expansion strategy and drive process improvements to elevate service quality. What You Bring Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of ISO accreditation frameworks and certification operations. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to spot improvement opportunities in systems and processes. Documentation Mastery: Exceptional accuracy and rigor in managing compliance documentation. Leadership & Collaboration: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills. Drive for Excellence: Proactive mindset, adaptability, and unwavering commitment to integrity and quality. Your Background Graduate/Postgraduate—management, technology, quality, or related field (B.Tech preferred). Auditor qualification (Lead/Internal Auditor in ISO 21001, 9001, 27001, etc.) is a plus. 2-5 years of experience in accreditation, certification, or compliance roles within a Certification Body.
