We're now looking for a Growth Co-Founder who wants to build one of India's leading digital health companies.

About the Role

This is not a traditional job.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up and own growth alongside the founding team.

You'll lead customer acquisition, performance marketing, revenue strategy, and business growth while helping shape DashCare's long-term vision.

If you've successfully scaled D2C brands, health-tech companies, marketplaces, or consumer internet businesses—and you're ready to build something meaningful—this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

What You'll Own

• Performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Sales strategy and conversion optimization.
• E-commerce growth and funnel optimization.
• Marketing analytics and experimentation.
• Growth budgeting, CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability.
• Building and leading a high-performing growth team.
• Strategic partnerships and business development.
• Product growth insights based on customer behavior and data.
• Working directly with the founding team on company strategy.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of scaling businesses.

Ideally, you have experience in:

• Performance Marketing
• D2C or E-commerce Growth
• Consumer Internet or HealthTech
• Sales & Revenue Growth
• Customer Acquisition
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Digital Marketing
• Growth Analytics
• Brand Building
• Business Strategy

Bonus if you've worked with startups, venture-backed companies, or high-growth consumer brands.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven experience driving measurable revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of paid acquisition and digital marketing.
• Ability to build scalable growth systems.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for improving healthcare accessibility and men's wellness.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (experience matters more than credentials).
