Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled VMC/CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and setting up CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up VMC/CNC machines efficiently.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install correct tooling and fixtures for the job.
• Monitor machine operations and ensure quality control throughout production.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years as a CNC/VMC Operator.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Education: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Machining, or a related field.
• Skills: Basic programming knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens, or Haas controllers preferred).
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality.
