JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Supervise CNC Operations: Oversee the daily operations of CNC turning and milling machines, ensuring that production schedules are met.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of CNC operators, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all machined parts meet the required quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
• Machine Maintenance: Schedule and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues with CNC machines, including mechanical and programming problems.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and quality control activities.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the work environment is safe for all employees.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
