Lack of technical support after sales
Very poor servicing with non-response and reluctance of performing on-site troubleshooting as well as no recommendation of solution despite numerous follow-ups
It is truly disappointing especially when we flashed back the proactiveness during pre-sales :( =(

Whether it is reception or some other department . The staff who r making calls those staff behaviour is worst .....they won't listen our answer. And respond aggressively...very bad behaviour
