CNC setter

As a CNC Setter at AKSHAYA INDUSTRIES, located in Coimbatore, your role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. You will be responsible for tasks such as reading technical drawings, selecting and installing tooling, adjusting machine settings, conducting test runs, and ensuring precision and quality of machined parts. Additionally, troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on equipment will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret technical drawings - Set up and operate CNC machines - Select and install tooling - Adjust machine settings and conduct test runs - Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment - Ensure precision and quality control of machined parts Qualifications: - Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings - Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines - Skills in selecting and installing tooling - Ability to adjust machine settings and conduct test runs - Knowledge of troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance on CNC equipment - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus - Technical or vocational training in CNC machining is preferred,
