Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in CNC programming (3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis).
• Proficiency in software like Mastercam, NX, SolidCAM, or Fusion 360.
• Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and machining parameters.
• Understanding of different materials (aluminum, steel, etc.) and their machining properties.
• Ability to troubleshoot CNC machine errors.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skill.

Job Description:

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs using CAD/CAM software.
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
• Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
• Perform first-article inspections and troubleshoot programming issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and machinists to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain CNC program documentation and revisions.
