CNC Machine Setter/Operator (HBM)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC HBM (Horizontal Boring Machine) Setter, Programmer cum Operator with experience in CNC HBM (Horizontal Boring Machine) Setter, Programmer with operator . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in machine setup, tool selection, and precision machining to ensure high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC HBM (Horizontal Boring Machine) Setter, Programmer cum Operator, according to job specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine offsets.

Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain dimensional accuracy.

Optimize machining processes for efficiency and tool life.

Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments.

Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC HBM (Horizontal Boring Machine) Setter, Programmer cum Operator.

Proficiency in operating CNC HBM (Horizontal Boring Machine) Ability to interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.

Understanding of G-code programming (basic modifications).

Knowledge of cutting parameters for different materials.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
