CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary/ Role:

This position is responsible for producing machined parts by programming, setting up and operating a CNC / VMC machine. Also perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC / VMC machinery. Use specialized instruments to ensure quality requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Fill up and verify machine checklist
• Verify stations for last batch production and fill up Line clearance documents.
• Check material availability as per production plan on station with required documents.
• Start operation after verifying machine program, offset, last part produce dimension reports.
• Loading part into machine for machining as per set program.
• Make ready First piece approval inspection report.
• Make entry in batch card for operation finished part.
• Performing routine inspection of processed part and 100 % visual check.
• Meet production output as per target.
• Understanding specifications of the tasks at hand and the desired result by reading mechanical drawing.
• Maintain Batch manufacturing record.
• Handover production status to reliever.
• Preparing backup Tools for machine Loading.
• Maintain a record of Tools consumption and Daily production.
• Maintain 5S in the workplace.
• Maintain good manufacturing practice.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
