Roles and Responsibilities :

Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Program CNC machines using computer-aided manufacturing software for efficient production.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve productivity.

Job Requirements :

2-18 years of experience in operating CNC milling machines or similar equipment.
Proficiency in programming CNC machines using G-code or other programming languages.
Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read blueprints/drawings.
Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
