Job Roles & Responsibility Constructability study for Heavy Crane movement & Heavy erection of Equipment, Structural & Piping module along with construction hold & sequencing of Civil, Strl. & Equipment erection. Preparation of Erection scheme aligning with delivery schedule. Preparation of method statement for Critical lift. Preparation of Job Safety Analysis for Critical lift. Tracking of heavy equipment and update status on delivery / transportation / dressing / erection schedule / execution methods by working close interaction with site team. Floating RFQ for hiring suitable Crane, cost analysis with optimized utilization, negotiation with vendors & finalize delivery schedule. Floating RFQ for various erection tools and tackles, visit vendor’s shop, inspection on quality and verification as per design requirement. Tracking of Tools & Tackles for all domestic and international projects. Visit to site, alignment on erection method between Design team and Erection Team. Show more Show less
