About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Cluster Sales Manager with strong experience in TMT steel sales, B2B business development and EPC customer management. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities and managing key customer relationships across the assigned cluster.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of TMT steel products across the assigned territory.
• Develop and manage relationships with EPC contractors, infrastructure companies and institutional customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers to expand the business.
• Manage existing accounts and drive repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Handle commercial negotiations and payment terms, including LC, BG and advance payments.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B steel sales.
• Strong exposure to TMT steel products and sales.
• Experience handling EPC customers is mandatory.
• Good understanding of the steel and infrastructure market.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
• Experience in handling commercial terms such as LC, BG and advance payments.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
