What does the job entail?

• Oversee and manage a cluster of branches across multiple locations, ensuring seamless integration and coordination
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving growth and revenue for the cluster
• Lead and motivate a team of branch managers and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to achieve cluster goals
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and strategy
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Sales, to develop and implement cluster-specific initiatives
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure cluster financial health
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining high standards of risk management
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuouslearning, and customer-centricity within the cluster
• Provide strategic guidance and support to branches, helping to drive business outcomes and achieve cluster objectives
