The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for qualifying potential customers through outbound calls. This role requires strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport. Key Responsibilities: * Contact potential clients through cold calling. * Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budgets, and decision-making processes. * Schedule appointments for our daily basis corporate events. * Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with potential clients.
Role & responsibilities: Make outbound and inbound calls to potential customers for lead generation only Introduce the company and share basic information without selling or closing deals Identify and understand customer interest and eligibility as per company criteria Collect accurate customer details such as name, contact number, and requirements Qualify leads based on predefined guidelines and mark lead status correctly Maintain proper call etiquette and professional communication at all times Follow approved calling scripts, processes, and company policies Update and maintain lead data accurately in the CRM or lead management system Conduct follow-up calls only to confirm interest, not for sales Coordinate with the sales or concerned team for smooth handover of qualified leads Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company standards Provide feedback to improve lead quality and calling processes Preferred candidate profile: Freshers are preferred Candidates with no prior work experience are also eligible Good communication skills in Hindi and Bengali Comfortable speaking on calls with a polite and confident approach Willingness to learn and follow calling scripts and processes Ability to understand customer requirements and record details Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Punctual, disciplined, and target-oriented Ready to work in a professional office environment
