Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to lead our Recruitment, HR Operations, and Administrative functions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, managing day-to-day HR and admin operations, and enhancing employee experience. This role requires someone with a hands-on approach, preferably with experience in startups or small office environments, who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving workplace. This position is based in Gurgaon and will report directly to senior management. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and hiring plans. Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, recruitment consultants, and employee referrals to attract high-quality candidates. Build a talent pipeline for current and future workforce needs. Conduct initial HR interviews and support hiring managers in decision-making. Drive employer branding and employee referral initiatives. Share weekly recruitment dashboards and hiring progress updates. HR Operations & Administration Oversee office administration including maintenance, vendor coordination, supplies, housekeeping, and infrastructure. Maintain HR databases and personnel records in compliance with confidentiality standards. Liaise with accounts on payroll inputs, attendance, leave tracking, and F&F settlements. Manage contracts and compliance documentation for vendors, consultants, and service providers. Organize travel logistics (domestic/international), hotel bookings, and employee support during deployments. Employee Experience & Generalist Activities Ensure a structured onboarding and induction process for all new hires. Organize internal engagement activities, celebrations, and employee wellness initiatives. Address employee grievances, clarify HR policies, and act as the go-to person for all people-related matters. Support in policy review, revision, and process enhancement. Performance Management Coordinate annual and mid-year performance reviews, goal-setting, and appraisal processes. Support managers in delivering fair and timely feedback. Maintain performance documentation and drive alignment with rewards.
