We're looking for an experienced full-stack developer to join our team as we prepare to launch the beta version of Mediascale, our in-house SaaS platform. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled and independent developer—not an agency contractor—who wants to be part of a collaborative team building smart tools in the lead gen and marketing automation space. This is not a one-off gig. We're looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, and excited to be part of a startup in growth mode. 🧠 What You'll Work On ▪️ You'll collaborate with our development team to: ▪️ Contribute to core platform features and modules. ▪️ Support integrations (bonus if you've worked with the Facebook API). ▪️ Help us scale a real product launching into beta. 🔧 Tech Stack – Must Be Comfortable With: ▪️ Backend: Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Redis ▪️ Frontend: ReactJS, TailwindCSS ▪️ DevOps: Ubuntu (basic familiarity expected) 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who We're Looking For: ▪️ You work independently, not as part of an agency or team. ▪️ You're collaborative—you enjoy working closely with other developers and giving/receiving feedback. ▪️ You speak excellent English and are clear in verbal communication. ▪️ You are meticulous, responsive, and consistent in your work habits. ▪️ Bonus: Experience working with the Facebook API, Google Ads API. 📄 About the Role Details ▪️ Position: Senior Software Developer ▪️ Commitment: 40 hours/week ▪️ Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Django and ReactJS ▪️ Contract: Long-term ▪️ Location: In-House, Surat, Gujarat. ▪️ Salary: ₹1.5 – ₹2 Lakh per month (depending on experience) Extras: Must be willing to sign an NDA If you’re passionate about building modern SaaS products and want to be part of a fast-growing team — we’d love to hear from you!
