Work Hours : Mondy to Friday, 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM (IST). No. of positions : 4 Face-to-Face Interview : The Plaza Hotel, Paryatak Bhavan, Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana - 500016. Position Overview and Responsibilities – - 2-to-5 years of proven experience in the US Staffing and Consulting Industry. - Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. - Well-experienced in handling the full cycle of the IT Recruitment process: o Sourcing resources from job portals o Pre-screening resources based on client requirements, o Negotiate the best rates, and submit the resources for the client review, o Following up on Interview Schedules and maintaining a cordial relationship with the resources until onboarding. - Experience in working with OPT/CPT, H1B, H4-EADs, L2-EADs, GC-EADs, Green Card Holders, and US Citizens. - Excellent knowledge of employment types W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp. - Ability to negotiate on H1 Transfers. - Hands-on experience with ATS Solutions like Ceipal / JobDiva / Bullhorn / similar. - Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals like Dice, Monster, and CareerBuilder, and social media platforms like LinkedIn. - Able to handle and turn H1B transfers and referrals to our W2 Consultants. - Must be independent and a self-starter, and have high risk-taking capabilities. - Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, and Clients. - Coordinate with the internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor requirements. - Update and maintain monthly reports of Interviews. Qualifications and Key Skillset for this Role – - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Have 2-to-4+ Years of Proven Experience in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. - Well-experienced in handling the Full Cycle of US IT Recruitment, experience as a US IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced Startup or tech environment, with solid knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies. - Familiarity with SaaS, HR Tech, or related industries is a plus. - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Passion for finding and attracting top talent to drive company growth. - Excellent knowledge of Employment Types like W2, 1099, Corp to Corp, - Ability to negotiate on pay rates, W2 contracts, 1099 contracts, and H1 Transfers.
